Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Strategist & Content Designer to elevate the voice and brand of Guidewire’s Chief Evangelist (drabikdigest.com) and establish a strong presence across media, technology, and business landscapes. You’ll develop and execute innovative digital communication strategies that amplify our brand presence across multiple platforms. This role combines creative storytelling, strategic thinking, and presentation design to drive engagement and strengthen our digital presence. This role is not just about creating content — it’s about building a public profile, driving brand awareness, and positioning the Chief Evangelist as a recognized thought leader well beyond the insurance industry.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Strategic Content Development & Design

  • Create compelling presentations and visual content that transforms complex ideas into engaging narratives

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok and emerging platforms

  • Design and implement content calendars that align with business objectives and industry trends

  • Transform thought leadership content into engaging social media formats
     

Brand & Social Media Management

  • Lead social media content strategy and execution across all channels

  • Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across digital platforms

  • Monitor social media metrics and optimize strategies based on performance data

  • Engage with audience and build community through strategic social interactions
     

Visual Communication & Presentation Design

  • Design high-impact presentations for executive communications and conferences

  • Create visually stunning social media assets that drive engagement

  • Develop branded templates and visual guidelines for consistent communication

  • Transform written content into visually appealing social media formats
     

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in social media strategy and content development

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns

  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms and current digital trends

  • Strong design skills with proficiency in presentation and content creation tools

  • Excellence in written and visual communication

  • Experience with data analytics and performance measurement

  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,000 - $137,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
