North America Logistics Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimise our North American logistics operations. This role is responsible for the full scope of supply chain activities: procurement, inventory management, shipping and ensuring all deliveries across the region are timely, reliable, and cost-effective.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and continuously improve end-to-end logistics operations across the region, including order management, shipping, customs clearances, and final delivery execution. Manage all project equipment deliveries across NA, ensuring efficient and timely distribution.
  • Oversee the complete procurement lifecycle, which includes supplier sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing.
  • Maintain and track optimal stock levels and accuracy through careful inventory management processes.
  • Implement and continuously develop the Americas logistics model, prioritising tracking, cost efficiency, and company standards.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between the US team, HQ (Logistics, Finance, Operations), suppliers, and 3PL partners to ensure all supply chain activities are aligned with broader business needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain or logistics operations within a fast-paced, high-tech environment
  • Project management skills with strong follow‑through
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player with a hands-on, can-do approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Technical orientation or basic hands-on technical experience - advantage
