What You Will Be Doing

As a National Account Executive (NAE), you will be responsible for engaging in outside business development, which may require you to spend more than 50% of your working hours away from the office. The NAE will market Renu’s services to various clients which include but are not limited to: Property Managers, Asset Managers, Owner/Operators.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understands construction materials and practices.
  • Able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage time effectively.
  • Develops, maintains, implements, and revises as necessary individual lead generation and business development activities.
  • Acts as the company’s representative to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving overall customer experience.
  • Able to negotiate jobs with the assistance of our Estimating team.
  • Documents and maintains activities through CRM.
  • Collaborates well with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed.
  • Collects and analyzes data to assess customer and market trends.
  • Generate business leads and promotes across all Renu channels.
  • Attends and assists in promotion of assigned nationally sponsored events, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned Renu marketing functions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3-5 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
  • Background in multifamily renovation, hospitality and construction required.
  • Must have dependable transportation
  • Must have an existing book of business and loyal client base.
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving, dead-driven environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft word and excel
  • Self-starter, embrace ambiguity, and bring their own uncompromising standards of excellence.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the United States. May require overnight travel at least 20% or more as needed.
