The National Manager, Reagent Sales & Menu Expansion leads the strategic vision, execution, and growth of assay expansion efforts across North America. This role drives measurable revenue impact through leadership of the Reagent Sales Consultant (RSC) team, alignment with product and marketing strategies, and disciplined execution of menu expansion initiatives across chemistry and immunoassay.
This position reports to the Director, Business Development & Clinical Sales, North America and is part of the North America Marketing organization. This is a remote role supporting field teams and customers across the U.S. Confidential - Company Proprietary
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Reagent Sales Consultants (RSCs) to achieve national assay growth and menu expansion targets across chemistry and immunoassay portfolios.
- Oversee national menu expansion strategy, including identification of key growth opportunities, competitive conversion pathways, and alignment of resources to maximize incremental revenue.
- Align field execution with marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic revenue initiatives to drive consistent and measurable impact across the installed base.
- Own and manage the growth bridge, forecast-to-target process, and associated analytics leveraging sales management tools and SFDC to ensure visibility, accountability, and accuracy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Applications, Service, and Business Units to remove barriers, accelerate adoption, and ensure successful implementation of new assays.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of field sales experience • Proven experience leading and developing field-based commercial teams to achieve growth targets and execute strategic initiatives.
- Strong clinical and analytical acumen with the ability to understand laboratory workflows, assay performance, industry benchmarks, and competitive dynamics.
- Demonstrated success operating in a cross-functional, dynamic environment, influencing customer decisions, and driving commercial outcomes through technically complex solutions.
- Resilience, perseverance, and strategic problem-solving skills to navigate challenges, motivate teams, and deliver sustained revenue growth.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
A self-starter mindset with a passion for high-quality work and achieving measurable performance outcomes.
Strong interpersonal, planning, and time-management skills, with confidence communicating and influencing at all organizational levels.
Prior experience working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to shape commercial strategy.

The salary range for this role is $135,000-$150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
