The National Sales Director will drive sales of Redox's technology solutions to large enterprise Life Sciences and MedTech organizations, managing relationships and the entire sales cycle while utilizing CRM software.

Redox is growing our client sales organization and adding an outstanding sales representative who excels in selling Technology solutions to large enterprise Life Sciences and MedTech organizations.
As a National Sales Director, you will be on the front lines prospecting and selling to large enterprise Life Sciences and MedTech organizations, building relationships, signing new customers, and growing their business with Redox. Successful National Sales Directors have excellent prioritization skills, are natural communicators, and form strong relationships with key prospect stakeholders. Additionally, National Sales Directors will also excel in the systematic prospecting of new opportunities within your territory and manage their franchise with diligent use of CRM software.

Job Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and qualify opportunities for targeted prospective enterprise Life Sciences and MedTech organizations
- Identify key executives at targeted companies and conduct research for a well-informed initial contact
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of enterprise Life Sciences and MedTech
- Develop strong rapport with executives to contribute to the overall success of our business partnerships and enhance collaboration for mutual growth
- Schedule and present effective sales presentations
- Manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs
- Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales within the Life Sciences and MedTech sectors, with a proven track record of successfully selling to enterprise organizations
- Consistent track record of delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual quota
- Strong drive to interact with prospects to share product knowledge
- Ability to engage and negotiate at an executive level; self-aware with executive presence
- A great team player who raises the talent level of all those you interact with
- Consultative mindset with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Competitive, confident, and assertive
- Driven and determined to achieve financial success
- Willing to learn a technical product and use a value-based selling approach
- Operate well in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and solution-oriented towards solving complex problems

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Cloud Hosting Providers (Google, Amazon, Azure, Databricks) preferred
Software Platform/Tools
- Strong Salesforce or other CRM experience required
- Tech-savvy user of mobile, internet, and software applications
- Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Slack preferred
