The National Sales Manager is responsible for accelerating growth across Fischer & Wieser Farmstead's key sales channels, including grocery, specialty retail, club, foodservice, and other wholesale channels. This role is focused on developing new business opportunities while growing strategic customer relationships that drive long-term success.

This is a hands-on role for a proven closer who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and building relationships that turn into business. The successful candidate will be comfortable prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing while working across distributors, retailers, operators, brokers, and other channel partners.

Success in this role means identifying new opportunities, expanding distribution, increasing product utilization, and creating profitable solutions for both our customers and Fischer & Wieser Farmstead.

Your Mission

Drive profitable sales growth by securing new business, expanding product usage, and building strategic partnerships, focusing on the channels where you bring the strongest experience and relationships.

Reports To

VP of Sales & Business Development

Compensation & Incentives

Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 annually, plus up to 20% bonus potential. Starting compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

Location & Travel Requirements

This is a national sales role and may be based anywhere within the United States.

Willingness to travel up to 40% to support customers, distributor partners, industry events, trade shows, and business development activities.
