Job Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system to support the company’s growth and operational needs. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to manage and improve system performance, user adoption, and cross-departmental processes. This position is critical to driving efficiency and scalability in our operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Oversee the daily operations, configuration, maintenance, and updates of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Customization & Optimization: Creating and maintaining custom records, fields, lists, forms, and workflows to meet the needs of the business.
  • Integration Support: Understanding of third-party integrations with NetSuite to be able to assist with integration issues.
  • User Support & Training: Provide technical support, resolve issues, and conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and effective use of NetSuite.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, develop standard operating procedures for data entry, and conduct routine audits to maintain clean, accurate records.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes and recommend and implement system enhancements.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements, developing custom reports and saved searches as needed.
Requirements & Skills:
  • 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience, with a strong foundation in OneWorld (multi-subsidiary, multi-currency) and Multi-Book Accounting.
  • Proven experience managing additional NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations, and Advanced Revenue Management (custom revenue recognition rules).
  • Proficiency in NetSuite imports and exports for data uploads and data updates via CSV as part of data management.
  • Use of a middleware (i.e., Boomi, Celigo, Workato, etc.) integrated with NetSuite.
  • Knowledge of custom revenue recognition rules with NetSuite ARM.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite roles and permissions, especially with creating custom roles.
  • Experience with configuring new integrations with a NetSuite environment; creating the integration, managing access tokens, and configuring system setup to enable said integrations.

Technical Skills:

  • Being able to diagnose and resolve system issues, analyze error messages, and optimize system performance.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
  • Ability to design and optimize workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across all organizational levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of technical development processes to get a request from testing in a sandbox environment to deployment in production

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Billing and its integration with NetSuite
  • Understanding of Avalara for sales tax integrations
  • Experience with SuiteScript: creating, troubleshooting, and adjusting scripts

This role can be performed 100% remotely anywhere in the USA. Anticipated base salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually USD.

Total compensation includes US employee benefits and eligibility for an annual bonus.
