We are seeking a NetSuite Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office or Austin, TX office.
Job Summary
The NetSuite Analyst will be a critical member of our Business Systems team. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system solutions. The NetSuite Analyst will also ensure the platform's day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role will be responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of new features, enhancements, and process improvements within the NetSuite platform. This position will support broader business systems projects and day-to-day administrative functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analysis and Solution Delivery
  • Configure and customize NetSuite solutions, including workflows, fields, records, dashboards, and saved searches based on business requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, test functionality, and support go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure data integrity through ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Provide user training and support to drive adoption and optimize NetSuite usage.
  • Support system integrations and data migration efforts involving platforms like Salesforce, Coupa, and Avalara.

Administration and Maintenance
  • Administer day-to-day NetSuite operations, including user roles, permissions, security settings, and sandbox environments.
  • Maintain system documentation and oversee data integrity through audits, cleanup, and governance.
  • Monitor system performance and integrations, ensuring reliability, uptime, and issue resolution.
  • Manage NetSuite release activities, including testing and deploying upgrades and patches.
  • Serve as the primary support contact, handling user issues, support tickets, and escalations.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP in an analyst, admin, or consultant role.
  • Sound knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Revenue Management.
  • Experience with system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Solid skills in saved searches, reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation.
  • Solid communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or SuiteBuilder tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Coupa, Avalara, Concur, or similar business systems.
  • Background in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Knowledge of cross-system integrations and APIs.
  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.

This position offers a total compensation range of $96,800.00 - $121,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
