• Maintain technical documentation for scripts, customizations, integrations, and deployments.

• Document code changes, bug fixes, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations.

• Create documentation that supports future maintenance, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.

Collaboration and Technical Support

• Work closely with Finance and other internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and resolve system issues.

• Clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with external NetSuite partners on complex technical issues and system improvements.

• Provide technical guidance regarding NetSuite functionality, limitations, and potential solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience developing and maintaining Oracle NetSuite using SuiteScript 2.x.

• Proficiency in JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of NetSuite development best practices.

• Excellent analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to quickly diagnose complex technical issues and identify root causes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple support requests, development tasks, and deployments at the same time.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Finance teams, internal stakeholders, management, and external technical partners.

• Testing script changes and bug fixes in Sandbox or other non-production environments.

• Deploying approved scripts and customizations to Production.

• Troubleshooting third-party integrations and synchronization issues.
