This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite QA Engineer to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of Oracle NetSuite applications supporting retail, e-commerce, inventory, order management, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing NetSuite ERP modules, business workflows, customizations, and system integrations. Experience with test automation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for NetSuite applications and business processes.

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of NetSuite modules and customizations.

  • Validate retail business workflows, including sales orders, order fulfillment, returns, inventory management, purchase orders, invoicing, and financial transactions.

  • Test integrations between NetSuite and external systems, including e-commerce platforms, warehouse or fulfillment systems, and other business applications.

  • Validate data accuracy, transaction processing, synchronization, and error handling across integrated systems.

  • Perform testing of NetSuite configurations, workflows, custom records, saved searches, reports, and role-based access.

  • Identify, document, track, and retest defects while collaborating with developers, business analysts, and functional consultants.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), release validation, production issue investigation, and regression testing.

  • Maintain test documentation, test data, and QA status reports.

Automation Experience – Preferred
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

  • Ability to identify repetitive test scenarios suitable for automation and contribute to building and maintaining automated regression suites.

  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST-assured is an advantage.

  • Exposure to automating NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript-based customizations, or ERP integrations is desirable.

Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience in software QA, with a strong focus on ERP applications and business process testing.

  • Practical experience testing Oracle NetSuite modules and workflows.

  • Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, order management, inventory, or financial business processes.

  • Experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

  • Proficiency in writing test cases, executing test scripts, documenting defects, and performing root-cause analysis.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with NetSuite modules such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Financials.

  • Exposure to SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, and NetSuite customizations.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party system integrations.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA management tools such as Jira.

  • Test automation experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
