How You'll Make an Impact
- Support the development of microservices, applications, end-user interfaces, service templates and resource adapters
- Identify roadblocks and overcome obstacles to see technical projects completed on time
- Collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment
- Promote quality assurance through interpretation and documentation of existing automated solutions and scripts
- Support the development of microservices, APIs and service templates to define the services we provide
- Review the check-in code to the GIT source control repositories to ensure quality products
- Deploy code to our development, quality assurance, staging and production servers using our continuous integration and deployment pipeline platform
- Test new services using the testing framework and adding new test cases to the test suite

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, a related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 2+ years experience in network engineering
Skills
- Knowledge of IP, and TDM based networks and architectures
- Familiar with routing protocols, network topologies, MEF, technical specifications and command line interface
- Advanced development skills in Python, JavaScript, Git Source Control, CI/CD SQL, web services and Docker
- Experience with Agile framework
- Analytical, organizational, forecasting, issue resolution and English communication skills
- Ability to analyze information and develop and present data-driven reports
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Cisco, Juniper or other industry-specific certifications
Experience
- 1+ years of scaled Agile framework experience
- Experience in network service orchestration
- History of code collaboration within a team
- Understanding of APIs
- Familiar with Ethernet Services
