What We Need:

The Network Relationship Manager plays a critical role in building, expanding, and optimizing Synapse Health’s national DME Provider Network. This role owns the end-to-end provider lifecycle—from market assessment and outreach through onboarding, activation, and long-term engagement—ensuring our network is scalable, compliant, and aligned with business growth objectives.

Blending strategic sourcing, relationship management, and operational execution, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams to attract high-quality DME providers, deliver a seamless onboarding experience, and continuously strengthen network performance. The ideal candidate brings deep DME industry knowledge, strong commercial instincts, and a collaborative mindset to help deliver a best-in-class provider experience.

What You Will Do: 

  • Develop and execute provider network expansion strategies across product categories and geographic markets to support growth, coverage, and service-level goals.
  • Assess network adequacy and identify coverage gaps, leveraging data and market insights to inform targeted provider sourcing and recruitment efforts.
  • Build and manage trusted relationships with high-value DME providers, serving as a primary point of contact throughout recruitment, onboarding, and activation.
  • Deliver compelling, tailored value propositions to prospective providers, clearly articulating the operational, financial, and strategic benefits of joining the Synapse Health network.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Credentialing, Contracting, Marketing, Solutions & Implementation, and Operations to ensure providers meet all regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements.
  • Oversee and continuously improve provider recruitment campaigns, outreach strategies, marketing materials, and event participation to attract and engage new partners.
  • Track and analyze recruitment and provider performance metrics, using insights to refine sourcing strategies and optimize network growth and quality.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on network health, expansion progress, and market trends.
  • Represent Synapse Health externally at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, strengthening brand presence and expanding provider relationships.
  • Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and documentation to improve efficiency, scalability, and provider experience.

What You Have:  

At Synapse Health, we’ve intentionally built a culture rooted in kindness, collaboration, and creativity, qualities we consider essential for every team member. Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in DME, provider enrollment, supplier partnerships, or network management
  • 2+ years in a leadership or lead role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of DME provider operations, enrollment requirements, and network dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects in a remote or distributed environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build long-term trust.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or provider management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. 
  • Availability to work CST or EST hours preferred.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $121,600 – $152,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
