Why We Have This Role
Qualtrics New Logo Sales drives top-line revenue growth by winning new enterprise customers to our insights subscriptions and bespoke engagements. We empower prospective clients to make confident decisions through our experience platform and unique data capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned, Dallas-based Sales Leader to lead net-new customer acquisition, expand market share, and establish foundational enterprise partnerships specifically within the Healthcare sector.
How You’ll Find Success
  • Drive new business ARR growth by leveraging SaaS, DaaS, and Generative AI offerings to achieve 50%+ annual growth across net-new Healthcare accounts.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies focused on target market penetration, ideal customer profile (ICP) acquisition within the provider space, and outmaneuvering competitors.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to source, negotiate, and close net-new, seven-figure contracts with complex enterprise healthcare buyers.
  • Cultivate a high-performing hunter sales culture that emphasizes pipeline velocity, value proposition framing, and executive alignment.
  • Exhibit strong commercial acumen in net-new deal structuring, land-and-expand strategies, pricing models, and fast-paced contract negotiations.

Things You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and recruit a team of 6-8 Account Executives focused purely on acquiring net-new accounts in the Healthcare vertical (specifically Providers).
  • Train reps on outbound pipeline generation, discovery, competitive positioning, multi-threading prospect relationships, and new ARR forecasting.
  • Act as an executive sponsor on strategic sales pursuits, leading key pitch presentations and C-suite prospect engagements.
  • Drive rigorous pipeline management processes to optimize conversion rates, accelerate deal velocity, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering teams to maximize market messaging impact and close rates.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
  • Location: Must be located in the Dallas, TX area.
  • 10-15+ years of software subscription sales and commercial leadership experience focused on net-new client acquisition.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing an enterprise-level sales team with a demonstrated track record of breakthrough results working with Healthcare Providers.
  • Strong commercial proficiency with SaaS and key top-line growth metrics (New ARR, CAC, Win Rates, Pipeline Velocity).
  • Experience using MEDDIC sales processes and Salesforce.com.
  • Proven track record leading sales teams that consistently exceed new-logo quotas and close large-scale enterprise contracts.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive-level pitching skills.
