Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role
- Resume search & screening candidates from different job portals
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Salary negotiation and joining process
- Performing phone interviews with candidates to filter out the quality
- Coordinating interviews with the Account Manager
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles
- Database Management
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Will be responsible for the recruitment of candidates for Engineering services and the IT sector
Required Candidate profile
- Should have US staffing recruitment experience of 1-4 years in US Non-IT recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Work Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
- Work Hours: Night Shift - 5 days/week (Mon to Fri) | Sat & Sunday fixed off.
- Timings: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
