What you’ll achieve
As a North America Cycle & Global Integration Lead, you will own and manage the North American Cycle Planning strategy for each Consumer line of business, in all routes to market. You will be working closely with cross functional teams and vendor partners to enable Dell's growth and financial targets.
You will:
•Lead the planning and implementation of product launches, core positioning, merchandising priorities & marketing programs
•Work closely with Product Management, marketing leaders & sales to leverage product strengths, market conditions and competitive advantages to achieve Dell targets
•Manage the product business plan, including forecasts, margins, risk factors & pricing analysis

Essential Requirements
•10+ years of related experience
•Advanced understanding of appropriate technologies, vendor products and competitor offerings within PC or Consumer Electronics
•Passion about ground-breaking technology, with strong written and verbal communication skills and executive presentation experience
•Ability to effectively articulate and showcase product value to different types of audiences
•Capability to lead, motivate and influence others to achieve results
Desirable Requirements
•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, communications or other related degrees
•Experience working with consumer or small business resellers

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $199,750 - 246,750
