The Senior Regional Marketing Manager - Central will join a marketing and sales alignment team focused on driving aggressive pipeline growth within the Central region. This role is critical for translating corporate marketing objectives into high-impact, localized demand generation programs to increase brand presence and accelerate deal cycles across key accounts. The successful candidate will operate remotely within the region and be responsible for the full execution and analysis of regional go-to-market strategies, while serving as a strategic marketing partner to regional sales and GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a comprehensive, data-driven regional marketing strategy specifically for the Central to meet and exceed defined sales pipeline and revenue targets, presenting plans and results directly to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Lead execution of core demand generation program types including digital campaigns, regional events (conferences/roadshows), webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, adjusting the program mix based on pipeline performance.
  • Steer regional partner marketing cadences and joint marketing planning, in alignment with the region’s focus partner strategy provided by the partner team
  • Own the measurement and reporting of regional campaign effectiveness (ROI) using marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot/Splash) and CRM (Salesforce) data, delivering regular KPI reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to regional sales leadership, creating localized collateral, presentations, and outreach templates, and driving co-marketing with channel partners.
  • Own and manage the regional marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and reconciliation across programs.
  • Drive GTM guidance across BDR, partner teams, Sales - and cross-functionally with supporting corporate marketing teams - to support the Central region.
  • Expected travel a minimum of 30%

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B regional or field marketing.
  • Proven track record independently developing and executing market-specific strategies in the Central regions that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Proficiency in utilizing both a major Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Experience managing and reconciling a regional marketing budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing within the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry sectors.
  • Experience leading the planning and execution of regional trade shows and customer events.
  • Experience with localizing corporate content and case studies for a specific regional audience.
  • Experience presenting regional strategy and results directly to senior sales and marketing leadership.
  • Experience mentoring or providing guidance to regional marketing team members.
  • Post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent advanced experience.

$142,000$158,000 USD
