Now Hiring: Level 3 Vehicle Operators – Autonomous Vehicle Program

Be part of the future of transportation! We’re looking for dedicated Vehicle Operators (VOs) to join an exciting autonomous ride-hailing program. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge technology, support vehicle operations, and contribute directly to launching autonomous mobility in new markets.

⭐ What You’ll Do
  • Operate vehicles safely for 4–8 hours per day.

  • Conduct basic software tasks and support engineering teams with feedback.

  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.

  • Support vehicle logistics, storage, and readiness.

  • Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and accurate documentation.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our client to the public.

✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent driving record and no criminal history.

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Ability to focus for long driving periods (6+ hours).

  • Basic vehicle and technology knowledge.

  • Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.

Bonus Skills:

  • BS/BA degree or technical experience.

  • Military background (discipline & operations experience highly valued).

🕒 Work Schedule
  • Day Shifts: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM or 7:45 AM–4:15 PM

  • Night Shifts: 2:45 PM–11:15 PM or 3:45 PM–12:15 AM

  • Rotating schedules: Wed–Sun | Thu–Mon | Fri–Tue | Sat–Wed

Extra Pay:

  • +5%/hr on weekends

  • +2%/hr for night shifts starting at 1 PM or later

  • 7% total for weekend night shifts
