The Award Winning Speech Momi LLC, a staple in the therapeutic community, is growing its online Remote Supervisory team.
Under the direction and supervision of Speech Momi's Director, the Licensed Nursing Supervisor assists in managing, enhancing, and extending health therapy services by completing a variety of tasks such as, but not limited to, supervising remote wellness checks, coordinating comprehensive medical assessments, monitoring labs, officializing treatment plans, conferencing with specialists, and facilitating general medical care to various patient levels using face-to-face synchronous video communications. Managerial experience in acute care is desirable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages health screenings, using screening protocols developed by the supervising Director;
Supervises direct assistance for wound care, medication management and wellness enhancement to children and adults;
Authorizes and approves treatment plans while monitoring client progress;
Assists other multidisciplinary teams during the peak of client reviews and intakes/assessments;
Implements Learning Management workshops on departmental treatment objectives;
Audits client records, tallying data, preparing charts, records, graphs, and reports;
Conducts multidisciplinary care conferences with requesting families and medical practitioners;
Attends online clinical team meetings on an as needed basis
Education and Experience:
Degree from an Accredited Nursing program
Licenses and Certificates:
Current registration with a Board of Nursing
Knowledge of:
Nursing care, equipment, materials, and procedures;
Start of care, discharging and treatment planning;
Learning patterns in both children and adults;
Behavior management techniques and strategies;
Routine record keeping.
