The OE Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key Original Equipment (OE) customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution from quotation through launch and beyond. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, strategic thinker, and strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

This role requires up to 50% travel throughout North America.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in OE sales, key account management, or a customer-facing role in automotive or tire-industry.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and customer service teams.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
