Our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Solutions organization has a Summer Internship available for someone wishing to explore sales and marketing career paths while fueling their personal & professional goals.

What you’ll achieve:

As an OEM Solutions Sales Undergraduate Intern, you will develop and apply workplace knowledge, building toward a specification in sales and marketing. Key focus areas will include sales lead distribution between partners and sales operations as well as establishing a tracking process through available sales tools. You will learn how OEM Solutions partners with customers and resellers to innovate and deliver unique hardware, software and services solutions. Learn more about our team here.

You Will:

  • Partner with support organizations to learn operations and sales tools including Salesforce.com
  • Engage with sales managers and team members to learn selling motions and best practices
  • Develop organizational behavior skills and establish corporate workplace ethics
  • Cultivate effective communication skills and executive presence
  • Manage project(s) that will impact revenue growth to the business

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong assessment, judgement and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Sales or a related field with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027 and ability to join the internship program on June 1, 2026

Desired Requirements

  • Marketing or sales experience
  • Able to manage time and prioritize effectively ; demonstrates an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay for this position is $30.75 per hour.
