This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing Series C company.

Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We’re a Series C company with about 250 people across our offices in Overland Park, KS and Austin, TX. We manage over $100 billion in risk, and we’re intent on becoming the world’s best and largest insurer of rental properties. We exist to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly. To do that, we hire the best people in the country to build the experience we’d want if we were the client.

This is a fully in-office role in Austin, TX, built for someone who is organized and proactive, and who does their best work when there's a lot to keep running.

What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day office operations: keep the space clean, stocked, working, and ready for meetings.

  • Run the front desk: greet guests and candidates, handle mail and deliveries, and be the first point of contact for the office.

  • Manage facilities: be the main contact for building management, vendors, and contractors on maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

  • Own vendor relationships: source and manage vendors for supplies, catering, cleaning, and services, and keep spending on budget.

  • Track supplies and inventory: order and manage office supplies, equipment, and kitchen provisions.

  • Plan and run events: coordinate team meetings, celebrations, catering, and culture events that bring the team together.

  • Own onboarding logistics: make sure each new hire's workspace, equipment, access, and welcome kit are ready before day one.

  • Support light HR: help with onboarding paperwork, employee records, policy questions, and Talent team projects.

  • Support marketing logistics: manage swag, print materials, signage, and event kits, and handle shipping, tracking, and fulfillment for trade shows, sponsorships, partner gifting, and gift card rewards.

  • Make the office run better: spot what isn't working and fix it with better processes and systems.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience: 4+ years in office management, facilities, administrative operations, event coordination, or marketing logistics.

  • Highly organized: you juggle many moving parts without dropping details.

  • Proactive problem solver: you don't wait for instructions. You see what needs doing and get it done.

  • Strong communicator: comfortable working with everyone from new hires to executives to building management.

  • Discreet and trustworthy: you handle sensitive employee information with care.

  • Vendor and inventory savvy: experience managing vendors, budgets, inventory, and shipping.

  • Startup mindset: you're energized by shifting priorities and happy to roll up your sleeves, furniture assembly included.
