Support onboarding and activation of equipment rental customers by handling setup tasks, customizing product configurations, and collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and company founders to ensure a smooth transition onto the platform.

- Work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to activate and support our top customers.
- Support the launch and onboarding process for new equipment rental companies by handling key setup tasks and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
- Customize product configurations to meet the unique needs of each new customer.
- Collaborate directly with CEOs, owners, and business founders, guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and organization.
