As we scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Manager to help businesses seamlessly integrate with our platform.

About the Role

As an Onboarding Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring new customers successfully onboard and understand how to use our platform. You’ll follow a well-defined process to guide businesses through setup, answer their questions, and ensure a smooth transition to using Kintsugi effectively. This role is remote-friendly within the US.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience, ensuring businesses are successfully set up and fully understand our software.
• Follow a structured onboarding process to guide businesses step by step.
• Educate customers on how to use Kintsugi, troubleshoot initial setup issues, and proactively address common questions.
• Track onboarding progress and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding to ongoing usage.
• Gather customer feedback to refine onboarding strategies and improve user adoption.
• Maintain clear documentation and resources for onboarding best practices.

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills—comfortable guiding customers and answering their questions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to keep track of multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or technical onboarding processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while following a structured process.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $60,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance.
• 401(k) coming soon.
• Remote-friendly within the US.
