You will be our main point of contact for driving our Onboarding Program optimization across the entire organization, with a critical focus on embedding security principles and robust identity verification processes into the new hire journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of the global onboarding program, designing and implementing scalable virtual, in-person, and hybrid strategies for all business units.
- Own and orchestrate the global identity verification (IDV) and background check program for all new hires.
- Partner with our Security, Legal, and IT teams to continuously design, implement, and audit these verification protocols, ensuring they are rigorous, globally compliant, and scalable.
- Collaborate with key partners including Recruiting for seamless candidate handoffs, Places for in-office experiences, L&D for content optimization, and HR and IT to create a cohesive journey.
- Ensure growing regions, such as India, feel supported by developing personalized experiences and scalable processes that address local needs while maintaining global consistency.
- Manage and oversee all onboarding technology platforms, including Workday and the new hire portal, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and up-to-date.
- Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process by developing and tracking KPIs (including security compliance and satisfaction), analyzing feedback, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to HR partners and hiring managers to ensure consistent, secure program delivery, and mentor junior members of the team.

- Experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field, with 5+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, or talent management, including at least 2 years in a program management or leadership role.
- Global Program Management: Proven experience developing and managing scalable remote, in-person, and hybrid onboarding programs within a fast-paced, global company.
- Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of data privacy principles and experience with global identity verification (IDV) and background check processes.
- Tech-Savvy: High proficiency with HRIS systems, especially Workday (strongly preferred), as well as onboarding tools and LMS. Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, etc.) is a plus.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively with diverse, global teams.
- Organizational & Analytical Skills: Strong project management, high attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and solve problems proactively.
- Experience working in the tech industry is a plus.
