Your Role:

We are looking for a Paid Search expert to review Google Ads accounts and onboard them onto Revvim’s tech. You will also dedicate a portion of your time to monitoring and managing existing implementations. We are looking for you to use your deep paid search expertise to ensure customers implement our technology smoothly. Success will be measured by onboarding efficiency, customers' adoption speed, successful trial launches, and overall customer satisfaction.

Your Typical Week Will Look Like:

  • Onboarding customer Google Ads accounts, leveraging your expertise in campaign setup, settings, and general account hygiene
  • Dedicating a large portion of your time to monitoring and managing existing account implementations.
  • Crafting clear, insightful, and engaging presentations from paid search data to showcase the real-world impact of Revvim’s technology.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to continuously refine our onboarding processes.
  • Applying meticulous attention to detail and structured thinking to ensure consistently high-quality outcomes.
  • Helping evolve and document onboarding workflows and SEM best practices.

You Must Have:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing mid-size and enterprise-level Google Ads accounts.
  • Deep Expertise in Google Ads & Analytical Problem-Solving: Must possess a strong understanding of cause-and-effect within account performance, knowing precisely where to look, what levers to inspect, and how to isolate anomalies when performance deviates or trial data looks off.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and structured, methodical thinking.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for delivering clear guidance to internal peers and external stakeholders.

This Role is Great For You If…

  • You enjoy being a performance detective: You love digging into complex Google Ads accounts, dissecting cause-and-effect relationships, and figuring out the why behind performance shifts. When numbers look off, your instinct isn't to guess; it’s to dive into conversion tracking, exclusion lists, search terms, campaign structures, etc., methodically hunting down root causes until everything makes sense.
  • You enjoy being a technical storyteller: You excel at turning raw paid search metrics and trial data into clear, compelling narratives. Instead of dumping overwhelming spreadsheets on stakeholders, you distill complex trends into punchy, actionable performance summaries that highlight product value, giving our Sales team and prospects the confidence to buy.
  • You thrive on clean processes, clarity, detail, structured thinking, and enjoy behind-the-scenes orchestration.
  • You prefer excellence behind the scenes to constant customer-facing roles (though occasional customer interaction is an option).
  • You've experienced the campaign management grind and now want a more strategic, structured role.
  • You flourish in remote environments with clearly defined responsibilities.
  • You're excited about technology intersecting with SEM and want to shape that future with us.

We’d Also Love (But Don’t Require):

  • Agency experience providing exposure to diverse accounts and industries.
  • Familiarity with SA360, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, general analytics best practices, and Google Scripts experience.
