Onshore Consultant - .Net Developer

Location: Austin / Onsite – Round Rock

Type: Fixed Term (6 months, eligible for extension with employee benefits)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Microsoft .NET technology stack, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API
  • Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production defects
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Product Owners
  • Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data protection standards

Eligibility Requirements

  • 7+ years of strong experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core development
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful services and microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
  • Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper / ADO.NET
  • Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles
  • Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3; Angular/React is a plus
  • Familiarity with Git / Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
  • Mentoring and leadership mindset 

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $130,000-$150,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
