Incora is a leading supply chain solutions provider in the aerospace industry, with customers at the heart of everything we do.
We are currently seeking an Onsite Representative Lead to represent Incora at customer production sites and lead on-site operations that support customer success.
About the RoleThe Onsite Representative Lead is responsible for overseeing Incora’s on-site presence at assigned customer locations. This role serves as the primary liaison between Incora and the customer, ensuring accurate inventory management, uninterrupted material flow, and high-impact customer support.
You will lead and mentor a team while coordinating directly with Customer Administrators and on-site functional managers to maintain and replenish customer supply bins, resolve issues, and expedite critical needs in support of production requirements. You will also monitor all processes, procedures, and activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support an on-site team; foster accountability and high performance
Serve as Incora’s on-site representative, building trusted customer relationships
Maintain and replenish customer supply bins to support uninterrupted production
Monitor stock levels and proactively identify risks, shortages, or process gaps
Coordinate and communicate critical stock-outs and urgent customer needs
Support contract activities, including New “Add” and “Off” contract requirements
Identify opportunities for quality improvements, process efficiencies, and value-added services
Ensure clear, accurate documentation and system data entry
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Regional Customer Program Managers, Contracts, Sales, and Finance
Remain flexible to changing schedules and customer demands
Travel/drive between customer sites as required
Strong leadership and mentoring capability
Self-starter with a high level of initiative and motivation
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct in-depth research when required
Proven customer service skills with tactful, ethical, and professional communication
Ability to be cross-trained in multiple critical departmental functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including:
Outlook
Intermediate to advanced Word and Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, file imports/exports)
Comfortable working with integrated data systems
Ability to adapt to changing schedules based on customer needs
Reliable transportation and company-approved driving record
High school diploma required; some college or college degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of relevant JIT, VMI, or 3PO experience within the aerospace industry
Proven experience working directly with customers and suppliers
Demonstrated success as a trusted company representative and liaison
