About Decoda Health

Decoda Health is building the AI-native operating system for modern clinics. Our platform unifies scheduling, charting, forms, communications, inventory, checkout, and intelligent agents like our AI Receptionist and AI Scribe, powering millions of appointments and patient interactions across the U.S.

Clinics deserve software that thinks with them, not tools built decades ago. If you're excited by the future of AI-powered clinical operations but don’t see a role that fits, this open application is for you.

What You Might Work On

Depending on your background, you may contribute to:

  • Engineering & Product: Build and refine AI-native EMR modules, agent workflows, and internal tools.

  • Operations: Improve clinical workflows, support implementations, and streamline cross-team processes.

  • Growth & Customer Success: Help clinics adopt Decoda, analyze performance, gather insights, and shape product direction.

  • Generalist Projects: Tackle ambiguous problems, build processes from scratch, and work across teams in a fast-moving environment.

What We Look For
  • Strong communicators who thrive in small, high-velocity teams

  • Builders comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration

  • Curiosity about AI, healthcare operations, or clinic workflows

  • A bias toward action and ownership

  • Experience in engineering, product, operations, healthcare, customer success, or related roles is helpful—but not required

Why Join Decoda
  • Work on the first AI-native EMR transforming real clinical operations

  • Massive impact: already used by hundreds of clinics across the US, handling over 5M+ patient interactions.

  • Solve meaningful problems for clinicians and patients

  • Flexible remote work, fast responsibility growth, and a mission-driven culture

How to Apply

Send us your resume and a brief note on where you’d like to contribute. If there's a fit, we’ll reach out.
