This is a remote position.

The Operations Associate supports the day-to-day operations of Impact Connections, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate documentation, and strong coordination across teams. This role may operate as a generalist or within a specialized operations track based on organizational needs, skills, and experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Support daily operational workflows, administrative tasks, and internal processes

  • Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and system updates

  • Coordinate schedules, communications, and cross-team activities

  • Follow established SOPs while identifying process improvements

  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards

  • Work collaboratively in a remote, mission-driven environment

Specialized Operations Tracks 

Operations Associate – Program Operations

  • Supports program implementation, timelines, and deliverables

  • Tracks program activities, outcomes, and reporting requirements

  • Coordinates with program staff and external partners

Operations Associate – Strategic Initiatives

  • Supports special projects, pilots, and organizational initiatives

  • Assists with research, planning, tracking, and internal reporting

  • Helps operationalize new ideas, partnerships, or growth efforts

Operations Associate – Care Operations

  • Supports care coordination and service delivery workflows

  • Assists with intake tracking, follow-ups, and resource documentation

  • Works closely with Guides, Member Support Specialists, and leadership

Clinical Operations Associate

  • Supports clinical team operations, scheduling, and documentation

  • Assists with compliance, supervision coordination, and reporting

  • Helps maintain systems that support ethical and effective clinical care

Operations Associate – Workforce Development

  • Supports workforce pipelines

  • Assists with onboarding, scheduling, training coordination, and tracking

  • Helps maintain relationships with programs and partners



Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfort using remote tools and learning new systems

  • Ability to work independently with supervision
