Ready to help scale the future of US dental care?

Teero is looking for a driven Operations Associate to support our nationwide expansion. If you thrive on ownership, aren't afraid to pick up the phone, and want to build something meaningful, we want you on our team.

About Teero

The $160B+ dental industry still runs on fax machines and phone tag—we're fixing that. Our staffing platform is growing fast across the country, and we're just getting started. Backed by Construct Capital with thousands of offices and hygienists using our platform monthly, we're expanding to become the operating system for modern dental offices.

About the Role

You'll work in-person from our Austin office, supporting the Operations team as we expand nationwide. You'll split your time between onboarding new dental offices and optimizing our operations processes end-to-end. You'll be the first voice dental offices hear when they discover Teero, showing them how we work and getting them excited about what we offer. You'll also dive into market-level operations, helping managers optimize their territories and building scalable processes that eliminate bottlenecks.

As Teero grows, so will you. We're looking for an adaptable A-player ready to grow with us—top performers quickly move into Operations Manager roles.

What You'll Own
  • Onboard new dental offices via phone and video calls

  • Support territory managers with market-level operations and process optimization

  • Help offices increase their Teero usage and turn those wins into repeatable processes

  • Streamline operations, from small details to big initiatives—examples: building our office referral program, testing new onboarding scripts, or creating territory performance dashboards

  • Success here could lead to Operations Manager

What You BringMust-haves:
  • 1-3 years of experience

  • Track record of winning. You know what success looks like because you've achieved it before

  • Strong communication skills: you're great on calls and in writing

  • Second-order thinking: you see connections and consider ripple effects

  • Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Adaptable, coachable, good at building relationships

Nice-to-haves:
  • Any entrepreneurial experience, big or small

  • Early career experience at a top consulting or banking firm

  • Operations experience at high-growth startups

  • Dental industry knowledge

This Role Isn't for You If:
  • You prefer stable, well-defined roles with clear boundaries

  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity and rapid change

  • You're not excited about wearing multiple hats

  • You don't enjoy phone conversations

  • You only want remote work: this role is in-person as we grow our US HQ in Austin

What We Offer
  • Clear growth path to Operations Manager—learn the business end-to-end and own territories within 12-18 months

  • Work directly with territory managers, learning P&L management and market strategy

  • Direct reporting to our Head of Operations in our flat, collaborative Austin office

  • Mentorship in a no-ego startup with direct access to our founders Nate & Christian

  • Competitive salary + equity that could translate into life-changing value as we grow

  • Opportunities to visit our tech team and founders in Amsterdam

  • The impact of a fast-growing startup

About the Team

We're a compact, high-performing team led by co-founders Nate and Christian, former Uber executives who launched and scaled product lines globally. Both grew up in dental families and maintain deep industry connections, giving us the insights to build faster and smarter.

Our team includes early employees from Uber, Adyen, Yandex, and Google. We're operators and engineers who've built and scaled tech platforms from the ground up.

We value people who take ownership without making excuses, who constantly raise the bar, and who lead with empathy by seeing challenges through the eyes of our customers and teammates.

Ready to get started?

Apply now and help us move the dental industry forward.
