We're looking for a data-driven, process-obsessed Operations Associate to join our Underwriting Operations team. This role is central to streamlining operational workflows, surfacing actionable insights through analytics, and scaling impact through automation and AI. The projects you lead will directly impact company-level metrics and are consistently recognized by senior leadership for their strategic value. You’ll partner across teams to design and implement scalable systems, harness data to inform decision-making, and collaborate with leading AI vendors to increase operational efficiency and enhance the user experience.


Key Responsibilities:


AI & Technology Integration:

  • Partner with industry-leading AI vendors to deploy tools that automate manual workflows and drive efficiencies.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve operational capabilities.
  • Drive adoption of new systems and tools across internal stakeholders.

Operational Efficiency & Process Design:

  • Develop, document, and continuously refine SOPs and workflows to drive operational excellence.
  • Leverage Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies through automation, AI tools, and data insights.
  • Design and implement scalable systems and processes from the ground up, supporting business growth while maintaining operational integrity.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze operational data to track KPIs, uncover trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to support real-time decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance across internal platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and corporate development teams on initiatives that require operational support and analytics.
  • Act as a key connector across departments to align processes and share insights.
  • Support strategic projects and internal initiatives with data-backed recommendations.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure operational processes meet all legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.
  • Support internal audits and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, process improvement methodologies, and technology innovations.
  • Lead training and change management efforts related to new systems, tools, and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or process improvement roles.
  • Experience with workflow automation, business intelligence tools, or AI implementation is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization/CRM tools (e.g., Power BI, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Base Salary


The base salary range is between $100,000- $120,000 annually.

Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
