Role Overview:

Could you be our next Operations Coordinator? Globe Life is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues related to leads distribution operations. You will analyze data, optimize processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure project goals are met within established timelines. You will also prepare reports and help resolve issues that arise throughout the Enterprise Leads project lifecycle.

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday–Thursday).

What You Will Do:
  • Identify gaps in data that prevent effective lead distribution.
  • Support the creation of lead campaigns and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the system.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies during daily processing.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance leads distribution performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and results to stakeholders and leadership on a regular basis.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for all lead management processes.
  • Respond to a variety of planned and ad hoc requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Can Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills — able to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with utilized software and systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience using a lead routing tool is a plus.
