Are you the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly? As the Retail Operations Coordinator at Buck Mason, you will oversee daily stockroom operations, lead the stock team, and manage inventory flow to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and visually aligned with brand standards. You’ll coordinate product deliveries, maintain accurate inventory records, and partner closely with store leadership to support sales goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, efficiency, and ensuring every detail is in place to create a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Master: Receive and process incoming shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular inventory counts. Ensure products are always available for customers.
- Replenishment Pro: Keep the sales floor stocked and notify management of low or overstock situations. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to verify stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Operational Support: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, and support sales associates during busy periods. Partner with the sales team to meet stock demands and online order fulfillment.
- Stock Team Leader: Step up as the primary point of contact for a growing team of Stock Coordinators.
- Partner with the Store Manager to align operational priorities with business goals.
- Collaborate with the Visual Manager to support floor sets, product placement, and timely replenishment.
- Support all New Store Openings (NSOs) in the market, including inventory preparation, stockroom setup, and operational training.
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of retail inventory management experience
- Comfortable navigating a computer and using POS software.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Extreme eye for detail and organization - nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.

- Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidays.
