About the Role

The Operations Coordinator serves as a key operational partner supporting cross-functional initiatives across Operations, IT, and Procurement teams. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities while driving projects from initiation through completion. This individual will help support technology implementations, oversee vendor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of operations, project coordination, or business operations experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience using project management platforms 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
  • Experience working with technical or software development teams.
  • Experience supporting procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Experience creating dashboards and operational reporting.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or regulated industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Coordination
  • Coordinate cross-functional operational initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, workflows, and process maps.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting agendas, and executive summaries.
  • Support leadership with operational planning and special projects.
Technical Team Collaboration
  • Partner with Technical teams to coordinate system implementations, enhancements, and vendor integrations.
  • Assist with gathering business requirements and documenting operational needs.
  • Support rollout of new tools and operational systems.
Procurement Partnership
  • Collaborate with Procurement to monitor inventory planning, vendor performance, purchasing timelines, and operational needs.
  • Coordinate communication regarding product availability, supply chain issues, and procurement priorities.
  • Identify operational efficiencies related to purchasing and inventory workflows.
Vendor Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison for assigned vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance against established service levels (SLAs).
  • Schedule recurring business reviews with vendors.
  • Foster productive, collaborative relationships that support organizational goals.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain operational reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Administrative & Project Support
  • Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare presentations and executive communications.
  • Provide operational support for strategic initiatives as assigned.

Compensation: 

  •   $65,000-85,000/year
