The Operations & Data Coordinator manages program operations, focusing on data accuracy and workflow across multiple service lines while utilizing Google Workspace tools.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Data Coordinator to support program operations, data management, and workflow coordination across multiple service lines including Inspection (INSP), Audit (AUD), and Engineering (ENG). This role will focus heavily on Google-based tools and systems management, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and event coordination across 25+ active programs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and experienced with Google Workspace applications, data tracking, and workflow management systems. This is a 3 month long contract position working 40 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and transfer part information from TRIX sheets into associated STEPQ events
- Perform daily surveillance and validation of TRIX sheets to ensure:
- Data accuracy and completeness
- Timely updates and submissions
- Inspector adherence to established protocols
- Support data consistency efforts across 25+ programs
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to reduce duplicate data entry through MICCS integration and automation opportunities
- Support event and workflow management activities across Inspection, Audit, and Engineering services, including: Creation and management of events/service requests, LTE management and tracking, monitoring and correcting event stages: Closure/Completion, In-Progress, Escalations
- Updating and assigning associated requirements and tasks
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Google Workspace tools including:
- Gmail
- Google Sheets
- Google Docs
- Google Slides
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with data entry, tracking systems, and workflow coordination
- Comfortable working independently and following established protocols
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TRIX sheets, or similar workflow/event management systems
- Familiarity with quality inspection, audit, or engineering support environments
- Experience with BIM360, ACC, or Buganizer
- Process improvement or systems integration experience preferred
