Position Overview

We are seeking a Process Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will use process simulation tools to model, analyze, and optimize business processes, identifying inefficiencies and testing solutions to improve performance. You will collaborate with teams to provide data-driven recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage simulation projects from concept to delivery, including creating models, testing solutions, and presenting findings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, analysts, and external client stakeholders.

  • Communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Experience with process simulation tools such as Arena, Simio, AnyLogic, or SimPy.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

  • Familiarity with SQL or Python for data preparation and integration.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of discrete event simulation methodologies.

  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles (certification preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.

  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic consulting environment.
