Ready to own and scale the future of US dental care?

Teero is looking for driven Operations Managers to lead our expansion across multiple US territories. If you're a proven operator who thrives on ownership, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and wants to build something extraordinary, we want you on our team.

About Teero

The $160B+ dental industry still runs on fax machines and phone tag—we're fixing that. Our staffing platform is growing fast across the country, and we've just launched our second product. Backed by Construct Capital with thousands of offices and hygienists using our platform monthly, we're expanding to become the operating system for modern dental offices.

About the Role

You'll work in-person from our Austin office as a core part of our US headquarters. As an Operations Manager, you'll own 7-10 territories across the United States, with full P&L responsibility. You'll be the CEO of your territories—building relationships with dental offices and hygienists, driving growth and profitability, and making strategic decisions. You'll work directly with our Head of Operations and cross-functional teams to scale what works and solve what doesn't.

As Teero grows, so will you. We're looking for proven operators ready to scale with us.

What You'll Own
  • Full ownership of multiple territories: growth, profitability, and strategic decisions

  • Build and maintain relationships with dental offices and hygienists via phone and in person

  • Launch and scale new markets

  • Create scalable processes that let us grow faster than headcount

  • Partner with our tech team to turn front-line insights into product improvements

  • Identify new problems beyond staffing that we can solve for dental practices

What You BringMust-haves:
  • 3-6 years of experience with a track record of winning in high-intensity roles

  • Relentlessly competitive—you only care about being #1 and hate losing

  • Strong analytical skills for P&L management

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills: you're great on calls and in person

  • Problem-solver who handles immediate issues while building long-term solutions

  • Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity

  • High standards: never satisfied with "good enough"

  • Expect occasional nights and weekends during peak growth periods

Ideal backgrounds:
  • Former consultants or bankers who want to build something real

  • Early-stage startup operators who've worn multiple hats

  • Former entrepreneurs who understand the hustle

Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience in marketplace or staffing businesses

  • Dental industry knowledge

  • Operations experience at high-growth startups

This Role Isn't for You If:
  • You're looking for strict work-life separation or predictable hours

  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity and rapid change

  • You're not excited about wearing multiple hats and doing whatever it takes

  • You don't enjoy being on the phones

What We Offer
  • P&L ownership and strategic decision-making authority as the CEO of your territories

  • Direct path to senior leadership as we scale—top performers will manage larger territories and eventually lead teams

  • Direct reporting to our Head of Operations in our flat, collaborative Austin office

  • Mentorship in a no-ego startup with direct access to our founders Nate & Christian

  • Competitive salary + significant equity that could translate into life-changing value as we grow

  • Opportunities to visit our tech team and founders in Amsterdam

  • The impact of a fast-growing startup

About the Team

We're a compact, high-performing team led by co-founders Nate and Christian, former Uber executives who launched and scaled product lines globally. Both grew up in dental families and maintain deep industry connections, giving us the insights to build faster and smarter.

Our team includes early employees from Uber, Adyen, Yandex, and Google. We're operators and engineers who've built and scaled tech platforms from the ground up.

We value people who take ownership without making excuses, who constantly raise the bar, and who lead with empathy by seeing challenges through the eyes of our customers and teammates.

Ready to get started?

Apply now and help us move the dental industry forward.
