To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Logistics Operations Manager located in US Texas Austin TX
Reporting to the Director, Operations the Logistics Operations Manager In this role you will be Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization to achieve and maintain operational excellence
Here is some of what you’ll need:
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
- Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
- Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
- Coach and mentor Operations team.
- Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
- 7 years of operations experience, Team Management, Buliding
- 7 years of Expert functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
- 7 years of management experience.
- 7 Warehouse Logistics experience
- Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and across functional areas, including verbal, written, and presentation communication.
- Knowledge of the MS Office (Excel, power point)
- Operation expansion experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Oracle and TMS systems (preferred)
- Spanish (preferred)
