The Operations Specialist I supports the Austin Business Center by coordinating and executing activities across multiple strategic site projects. This role focuses on operational efficiency, project coordination, data tracking, and cross-team communication to help ensure timely and accurate delivery of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities• Provide day-to-day operational support for strategic site projects, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables are tracked and completed.• Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to support decision-making and project performance reporting.• Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, workflows, and process updates.• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and follow up on action items with cross-functional teams.• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, mapping workflows, and helping implement new procedures.• Assist in communication efforts by drafting project updates, presentations, and stakeholder materials.• Collaborate with business center teams, functional partners, and leadership to support alignment and project execution.• Help monitor operational metrics and escalate risks or issues that may impact project success.• Perform general administrative and coordination tasks essential to maintaining smooth operations.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving, accountable leadership and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and ensure team meets deadlines.
  • Ability to manage through changes in priorities
  • Ability to drive team to implement solutions to complex problems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project)
  • Results oriented, ability to follow through on tasks, influence without authority, experience driving senior level decision making
  • Highly organized, good problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, prioritize, multi-task, and manage major projects
  • Equal level of comfort driving analyses or receiving direction, leading or contributing as appropriate, driving conversations or supporting as necessary
  • Demonstrated Verbal and Written Communications Skills.
  • Strong Presentation Skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Master's Degree, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience in supply chain, negotiations and proposals
  • Acute problem solving and analytical abilities including process improvements or program management techniques
  • A hands-on leader who builds transparency, values collaboration, holds self and team accountable, empower the team to think beyond the tasks that drive value for the business

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
