  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive project team environment, encouraging open communication and active participation.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes relevant to healthcare and TPA operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
