This role sits at the intersection of operations, process design, and AI automation. You'll help transform creative production from a collection of workflows into a highly organized, scalable system powered by clear processes, strong communication, and intelligent automation. • Improve cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with producers, strategists, platform teams, and other stakeholders to make sure information flows well, decisions are documented, and dependencies don’t get lost between teams.

  • Use AI and automation to reduce manual work: Identify repetitive operational tasks that can be automated or supported by AI agents, such as status tracking, reminders, reporting, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.

  • Partner with AI and MarTech teams to build smarter, more scalable workflows.

What We Expect From You:
  • Experience in operations, project management, production operations, business operations, or a similar role.

  • Comfortable with performance metrics (ROAS, success rate, delivery) and reconciling data.

  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.

  • Experience building processes, documentation, and operational systems from the ground up.

  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • A systems-thinking mindset: you naturally look for patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve how work gets done.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and operational tooling.

  • Experience with Airtable, Notion, project management tools, AI agents, automation platforms, or similar operational systems is a strong plus.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Perks and benefits:
  • Competitive salary package commensurate with experience;

  • Remote, in-office, and hybrid work opportunities;

  • The equipment you need to do your job;

  • A premium SIMPLE subscription;

  • 21 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (those observed where you live);

  • Flexible hours. We focus on your results, not how long you spend at your desk.

  • Focus on impact: Results and speed matter. When we are competing to become an A-player in the digital health market, we don’t have the luxury of deliberation. We need to make decisions and changes quickly and, swiftly learn from our mistakes.We prioritize what will have the greatest impact and aren’t distracted by anything else.
