Responsibilities
Lead, promote, and support payer contracting across the organization. Advance the organization's goals, manage internal and external relationships pertaining to payer contracts, and provide leadership to multiple markets.

• Provide leadership for contracting and payer relation principals throughout the organization
  and markets.
• Partner with leadership to formulate and integrate payer contracting strategies across markets.
• Develop short and long-term strategies that support maximizing fee-for-service revenue while
  transitioning to value-based care.
• Implement national standard for payer contracting within the markets to ensure alignment with the
  organization's national goals and strategies.
• Develop in-market teams to ensure the organization's provider network executes the strategic
  initiatives of healthcare reform, value-based contracting, payer yield, and strategic prices approach
  for all payer lines of business.
• Engage actuarial and analytics teams to create and maintain relevant payer modeling and reports that
  monitor market conditions and contract yield.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:
• 7 years of experience required.• 10 years of experience preferred.• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
