We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage the day-to-day of the entire Customer Success team. This person will work closely with the VP of Operations on the strategic direction of the department and keep the department accountable towards company goals.

Responsibilities as our Customer Success Manager:  

• Manage a team of Customer Success Specialists accountable for the entire customer life cycle: onboarding and implementation, account optimization, support, expansion and retention.
• Develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and return on investment for our clients
• Work cross-functionally with other department leads to resolve customer business problems
• Manage customer feedback and product needs by providing feature requests to internal partner teams.
• Maintain and lead team through a positive work environment
• Ensure Customer Success meets all internal and external SLAs

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
• Extensive knowledge of Online Marketing
• Highly Organized and Detail Oriented
• Good Skills in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables
• Able to simultaneously work on big and small problems at the same time
• High Leadership acumen
