Big things are happening at QuotaPath and we are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team. You will help support our customers by managing requests and questions via chat and partnering with the Customer Success team to assist in support for their accounts. You will have a direct impact on the success of our customers by providing an exceptional customer experience.


You will develop a deep technical and functional understanding of QuotaPath’s capabilities and our customers’ needs to act as a subject matter expert and assist customers in maximizing their use of QuotaPath. Our Go-To-Market approach always begins with the end-user and we view revenue as a byproduct of happy customers. You’ll help to provide technical support while communicating benefits and best practices that will allow our customers to better utilize QuotaPath's value.

You will be one of the first members of the Customer Success team at QuotaPath and will have tons of professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and responding to customer requests via chat
  • Becoming a product expert & compensation plan whiz
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Educating our customer base on best practices in QuotaPath and compensation process
  • Understanding & acting as the voice of our customers
  • Assisting the Customer Success team with managing their accounts as needed
  • Collaborating with Customer Success & Marketing teams on education programs & support materials

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of work experience
  • High attention to detail & ability to multitask
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong team player — this role will be highly collaborative with every department at QuotaPath
  • Creative problem solver & ability to think on your feet
  • Comfort in ambiguity, as this would be the first hire for the Associate team
  • Growth mindset - this role has a direct career path to our Customer Success Manager or Account Manager teams

Bonus if you have:

  • Customer Success experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs
  • Jedi-level spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Excel, or Numbers)
  • Prior experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Freemium/PLG experience a plus
  • Experience with compensation plans

About the location

Our team is co-headquartered in Philadelphia, PA and Austin, TX. For this role, we will safely have an in-office team in Austin, so living in (or being willing to move to) Austin is required.

On-target earnings for this role is currently $45,000 base salary with significant upside in the months and years to come. This is a full-time, competitively paid position with generous equity. We care about the health and well-being of our team members. We pay 100% of employee premiums, have unlimited PTO, and offer half-day Fridays year-round. If you are driven by the ability to make a huge impact and want to put your passion for selling an amazing product, we’d love to hear from you. Just added for 2022 for all non-commission based employees are quarterly bonuses, dependent on company goals.
