As a data quality support associate you will help us build the most comprehensive and accurate network of social care programs in the industry. You will help users navigate our site, provide troubleshooting and technical support and assist customers in learning how to use findhelp. In your day-to-day you will ensure that programs on the site are up to date and meet findhelp’s standards for accuracy and inclusion so that people can easily find the resources they need.
What you'll do
- Verify and maintain existing program data as well as create new program entries
- Respond to customer requests, replicate and troubleshoot site issues and answer questions from customers and other site users
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders using a ticket management system; collecting information and providing updates
Experience you'll bring
- A desire to use your job and mind to create something that helps people in need
- Experience supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time and multitask across systems and applications
- Can thrive in ambiguity and embrace change - you are not afraid of things you don’t know about.
- You have an aptitude for learning skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to take on new challenges
