Position Summary:

The Director of Corporate Campaigns builds, leads, and runs our corporate (global) marketing planning and Go-To-Market (GTM) process.  They lead large corporate campaigns to ensure the achievement of our ambitious business growth objectives by developing and implementing high-impact, strategic, and innovative corporate marketing campaigns across the entire corporate entity of Pax8. 

The Director fosters new ways of thinking, working, and building capabilities that will help the Marketing team unlock new possibilities, all while balancing challenging priorities and demands.  They must have a thorough understanding of our target markets – in North America and across our other regions, with a lens to build impactful and comprehensive integrated campaigns that can be effectively executed.  The Director should have a firm and innate curiosity to continually investigate new trends and disruptive approaches that may improve Pax8’s acquisition and nurturing strategies.  They create, and prioritize multiple initiatives with ease, effectively communicating with a variety of stakeholders, and optimally developing collaborations at every turn. 

Effectiveness in this role is incumbent on building strong relationships and close alignment with key partners and stakeholders in the regional, corporate, sales, and sales strategy/enablement teams.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Directs the development of the marketing organization's annual, corporate GTM strategy and plans. Leads the development of strategic campaign briefs, designing and directing the build-out of regional go-to-market frameworks for new solutions in the various Pax8 regions as they come online
  • Develops corporate strategic marketing plans, corporate campaigns, campaign-in-a-box solutions for adoption and execution in the regions, marketing program schedules, and status reports to keep leadership and stakeholders aligned. This includes expediting campaign timelines and determining the resources needed for an effective plan and campaign implementation
  • Leads a team who is responsible for the development of tracking, reporting and analysis of all corporate campaigns
  • Quarterbacks the end-to-end development and creation of all corporate marketing campaigns and sales plays by collaborating with marketing and sales leadership, the demand generation team, and other stakeholders (web, content, social, tools and technology, regional marketing, etc.) across the business
  • Ensures smooth creation and execution of corporate marketing campaigns and initiatives, and that monthly corporate lead generation KPIs and partner acquisition numbers are met
  • Maintains close alignment with Regional Teams - Ensures that all Campaigns and Initiatives are developed with a lens for how to execute across other regions, countries, and cultures (UK, Canada, EMEA, APAC and LATAM)
  • Drives adoption of agile marketing principles and practices, roles and responsibilities, and frameworks
  • Provides ongoing coaching and development opportunities to GTM and Corporate team members

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least eight (8) years of relevant Global GTM experience, preferably in B2B Marketing
  • At least three (3) years of leadership experience in a Global GTM and/or campaign marketing role in a B2B organization
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Trello, Accelo)
  • Experience running international lead generation campaigns for enterprise B2B audiences preferred
  • Experience managing direct reports, including hiring, coaching, delivering feedback, etc.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment
  • Ability to be highly organized and process driven with an eye for detail
  • Ability to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances
  • Ability to paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action
  • Ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to influence others, implement change, and standardize processes in a complex business environment

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $150,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
