What You Will Do
Communicate discharge recommendations of the clinical team to patient, care givers and/orinterdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:

• Participate in care planning and communicate information between patient and team. Document plan in medical record.
• Gather and arrange the necessary materials to enable patient discharge.
• Order supplies/equipment for patient specific needs as identified by clinical team.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties in support of unit/department.

What You Will Need
Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Additional Preferences

• Medical office experience preferred
• Medical Assistant/CMA experience preferred
• Insurance or benefit verification experience preferred
• Local to Indianapolis, IN highly preferred
