We are searching for polite, upbeat, caring Member Care Representatives to provide remarkable service to our customers. Every representative should seek to create a positive experience for each customer that needs support. This position is an escalated point of contact to members who require assistance  through multiple channels including phone, e-mail, live chat, social media, etc. This is a full-time, remote position.

 

What You’ll Be Working on:  

  • Research and resolve inquiries on escalated cases in accordance with documented procedures
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed department productivity and quality standards while providing excellent and consistent customer service, based on trust and reliability
  • Strive for first-call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.
  • Deliver amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Take an active role in educating customers about our products and services.
  • Provide basic to moderately complex technical support on both the desktop site and mobile platforms
  • Document and track all customer contacts utilizing CRM platform in accordance with department procedures

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, call center experience a plus
  • Strong customer service, technical, computer, and written skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards
  • Must be positive, goal-oriented and able to work well independently as well as on a team
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and/or weekends and holidays.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
