Position Summary

Wheel’s Network Capacity division uses data and analytics to understand the future demand of visits and ensure our supply of clinicians can accommodate needs. The team works dynamically with other divisions across Wheel and is vital to our marketplace. In this role you will combine creativity and analytics to:


Responsibilities

- Own Wheel’s proprietary “clinician matching” process to best pair clinicians with client opportunities. This includes cross-functional process management, critically analyzing data, understanding client requirements, creating recommendations, and keeping detailed records

- Develop and own processes related to clinician communications, track responses and communicate status to team members

- Manage clinician licensure requirements, conduct ROI analysis on existing clinician licensure and provide recommendations on future licensing needs

- Provide ad-hoc analysis using historical data to determine Wheel’s capacity for future demand

- Meet with managers regularly to discuss work initiatives and personal career development


Qualifications

- Excel experience is key, particularly formulas, pivot tables, and index functions

- BI tools, SQL, or coding a bonus

- Bachelor's degree

- 0-2 years working in a fast paced environment

- Analytical, enjoys using data to tell a story and drive decision making

- Professional and clear communicator with excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills

- Team player that enjoys working cross functionally

- Highly motivated and adaptable self-starter who is comfortable working in a startup where things move rapidly
