We are looking for a Virtual Practice Manager to manage our value-based care, behavioural health, and fee-for-service operations across the Georgia and Mississippi, US area. This position will lead the day-to-day practice functions, from accountability for contractual Service Level Agreements to managing communication for various stakeholders. We offer telemedicine: psychiatry, therapy and 24/7 General Medicine, and hope to grow into virtual primary care soon.


Reports to: US- US Practice Operations Director 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:

  • Manage day-to-day clinical operations to include coordinating and executing all non-clinical aspects of patient care
  • Identify and aid in the development and implementation to refine processes to improve patient and provider experience
  • Responsible for coordinating and performing assessments of the business via observation, data analytics, metric trends, patient feedback, best practice measures, policies and procedures, and regulatory guidelines to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Ensure that providers are in compliance with the terms of the employment agreement
  • Maintain communication between all staff, providers, and management 
  • Conduct team meetings to address concerns and necessary updates
  • Collaborate with internal departments in managing the expirables (i.e. licensure, Continued Medical Education).
  • Acts as an liaison between the practice and the community to foster harmonious relationships and address any barriers to exceptional service
  • Responsible for overseeing the market engagement strategy with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Working with community hospitals to ensure that we are receiving timely patient records.
  • Collaborating with community partners for in-person care.
  • Dyad partnership with Clinical Leads to address operational needs, provider concerns, and strategizing on effectiveness and efficiency to provide high quality care.
  • Holds staff accountable for adherence to policies and procedures, addressing any performance or conduct issues in a timely, consistent, impartial manner, etc.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or healthcare administration
  • Five (5) years of healthcare management experience required
  • Management of staff in remote settings preferred 
  • Managing a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical employees
  • Establishing and maintaining a team oriented culture
  • Athena EHR experience preferred
  • Familiar with administrative softwares i.e. G-Suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively within the healthcare industry
  • Patient first mentality to management
